Urine Test

I got an e-mail today saying if people who work are required to take random urine tests shouldnt the people using our tax money for welfare be required to take urine tests before they qualify for government assistance?
What do you think?

I have strong beliefs against welfare along with any government assistance. Personally I don't think there should be welfare. However a urine test would be a great idea. They should test people who receive food stamps as well as HUD. This will cut costs too because less people would apply knowing they will fail.
