If you could pick ONE thing to do before you die what would it be and why?

If I had to pick only ONE big thing to do before I die I would say definitely visit Paris and go up in the Eiffel tower. I love the French culture and everything about the country. I have pictures of the Eiffel tower all over in my kitchen/dining room area. It's kind of like my little French part of my apartment. I know it's not a very exciting thing, but it would mean a lot to me. Just to be at the top of the tower and look out onto Paris and it's surroundings would be just amazing!
