What is STRESS for you?

Stress is the reaction of people have to excessive pressures or other type of demand placed upon them. It arises when they worry that they can’t cope. We got stress when we feel Worry,Tense,Tired,Frightened,Anxious, and Anger. Stress can be categorize into two types, which are External and Internal; The External can be Noise, bright lights, heat and confined spaces,Bossiness, aggressive by others and bullying,Rules and regulation and deadlines,Birth, death, lost job,promotion, marital status change,Commuting and misplaced things. Internal can be Caffeine, lack of sleep and overloaded schedule,Pessimistic thinking, self criticism and over analyzing,Taking things personally and exaggeration, Perfectionists and workaholics. Stress also has negative and positive; Negative: It is a contributory factor in minor conditions, such as headaches, digestive problems, skin complaints, insomnia and ulcers. Excessive and unrelieved stress can have a harmful effect on mental, physical and spiritual health. Positive: Stress can also have a positive effect spurring motivation and awareness, providing the stimulation to cope with challenging situation. Stress also provides the sense of urgency and alertness needed for survival when confronting threatening situation. All the best, Agihcam

Stress works on me in alot of different ways also. It can be a motivator for me but it mainly brings me down and makes me feel like everything is coning apart all at once. I work alot to try to work off some of the stresses in my life. Alot of my stress can be from finances to things that are going on or happening in my family. Stress makes me feel tired but I always force myself to stay motivated.

You are very right. It takes alot of self discipline to keep yourself motivated, especially when we get stressed out. We have to try to not let the stress keep us from continuing to live a normal life. We must go on and try to avoid the stress and get rid of it.

i think most stresses come from money.for poor people, they have to strive for earing as much as money to afford their Houses, cars.clothess,food,beverage and so on. and for rich ones, they still trouble by money such as how to protect their money and how to make more money. that's my opinion, tks!
