Do you take well to caffeine? I used to never have a problem and loved to drink coffee in the mornings followed by diet pepsi throughout the day. Then I started getting migraines and headaches and after a while whenever I had anything with caffeine in it, it would make me feel horrible. Now I have to watch my caffeine intake otherwise I'll end up feeling nauseous with a bad headache if I drink too much. I miss my coffee and the occasional energy drink. I don't risk it now because i hate the way that caffeine makes me feel. i've resorted to Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi or Diet 7Up. Does caffeine make you feel bad or do you enjoy the energy high you get from it?

I do enjoy the caffeine, although it doesn't give me any energy or an energy high When I was a young adult I drank 50 cups of coffee a day, so I guess my body just got used to it. I drink coffee first thing in the morning and the last thing before bed at night

If I drank coffee the last thing before bed at night, i would be up wired all night long! :) I assume you drink it for the taste then, since it doesn't do much for you haha

I'm sorry caffeine makes you feel bad:( ,I don't really notice any effects from caffeine anymore..,But thats probably because I take amphetamine everyday.

Thanks. I wish I was able to handle it better! I'm seeing that a lot of people don't have any effect from caffeine which is surprising to me!

It really doesn't effect me. The only time it does is if I have caffeine on an empty stomach then it makes me feel sick.

Yeah, my nausea is much worse if I have caffeine on an empty stomach. Even when I eat, I still get sick if I drink too much though. It's sad because I hate having something to wake me up in the mornings! :)
