Comcast orderd by FCC to stop torrent throttling

This was in a news report I read. Comcast for quite some time has been throttling torrent uploads. They claim they only did it during high traffic hours, but were caught doing it 24/7. The FCC has ordered Comcast to stop this because it violates the free internet act. So any of you who torrent a lot, or try to, can now do it with Comcast ISP. Mine has also been fine, but will now be much better. :)
