how do you stay healthy?

Um, it depends on the person. I eat meat, I eat alot of veggies and fruits...but if I don't eat ANY fatty foods my blood pressure will drop so low that it will cause me problems. You could say I'm TOO healthy.
Some people can smoke and never have problems, but AGAIN it goes down to one's physiology. Human beings are not made with cookie cutters.

drink water! plenty of it...with our environment today, toxins are around us. We can detoxify by drinking lots of water for it will cleanse our system and get rids of the toxins we accumulated for the days. Also, we must eat healthy foods and get plenty of sleeps regularly.
