He/she gave me some of his/her info bur i have no idea about that person. i dont know from where he got my number?. My question is is it safe to make these kind of friendship? what do you think from where he got my number? whether i should message him back and ask him about my queries or keep quite?

IT WILL BE PLEASENT IN THE EARLY STAGES...you dont know how they got your number????thats very simple....they will simply type some number and send message...if any fools like you(im sorry to say this, but i should!)...they'll continue to message...its just a time pass for'em....jus dont believe such things...

It could be that the person is genuinely interested in making friends with you and possibly got your number through a mutual friend. I had made a number of good friends through this method.
Of course, it is all up to the individual if they wish to respond or not. My advice would be that if you want, you could respond, but avoid giving out personal information till you have met the person at least once. Those less personal such as your job, your interest could be revealed.

I've been through a mobile friendship before. It was a pleasant experience for me back then. But for now I don't know if unknown mobile friendship are good because there are lots of persons out there that have bad intentions. Be careful. Be very careful!

That is very dangerouse to deal with such cases. How can someone who is interested to you approaches you in a in a manner like that? If you are able to reach your network provider informed it. In my country when we receive such call. The first thing we report to police and the police gives the abstract you take to the mobile network provides and they will be able to give all the details about the caller who called you in a private manner.
