I don't like sleeping much..........

I like sleeping but not that much. I sleep daily only for around 6 hours. The more I sleep, the more I become lazy. Well, but sometimes when I am extremely tired, I have to sleep and I can't just wake myself up and no one can....... But that happens usually once in a month..........

hi friend, yes, it is right, much sleeping will make us lazy.I also feel very lazy and soft when i sleep much a lot in a day.I think the suitable normal sleeping time is enough to us.For me, i always sleep about 6-7 hours in a day.If sleep more a little,i would feel uncomfortable with the mess in my head.And i always manage my sleeping time in order.so i will be full of energy when i wake up the next day.lol

i actually like sleeping. i need at least 7 hours each day or i feel very tired during the day. but i don't always get that much when i'm busy. so i usually try to catch up over the weekend. omg, it's actually past my bed time now (2am here)... better log out and go to bed! :)

I like sleeping alot alot and i can really sleep if there's nothing and nobody to disturb me.. haha.. But i also know that, the longer i sleep, the more tired and restless i will feel and it's actually not healthy to the body.. AND even i get less than 6 hrs of sleep, i will get very grumpy too..
SO my average sleeping hrs is normally between 6-10 hrs.. lol =D ANd if possible, i wun allow myself myself to sleep more than 8 hrs unless i have a tiring day the night b4 ^_^

I only sleep during night time and thats it.I would like to sleep during day time but i couldn't.No matter how i tried closing my eyes but still i could not able to take a sleep.I sleep late but i wake up late also so i get enough sleep.

i used to not like sleeping too until i had a job with a terribly early/late schedule. that's when i began to value sleeping and appreciate being able to lie in my own bed instead of the office chair and table. i also noticed that being sleep deprived has messed up my memory. mom said it can also cause anemia and migraine. take care of yourself girl!
