Great story about what may happen because Comcast decided to limit its customers upload speeds. Actually dropping connections.

They aren't the only company doing this. I doubt this would ever win in court. Some people tried to challenge Time Warner for charging heavy user extra fees and it didn't even make it into court. Time Warner - as well as a few other companies - are starting to charge heavy users exorbitant fees.

I've heard about that before... It's about time somebody started this... That's one of the reasons why I haven't switched from Verizon DSL to comcast cable internet yet... I've had it once & I didn't like it so I went back to Verizon... I do have their cable tv service but I think that's all I'm gonna stick to... I'm in a process of looking for some place for my internet... I've heard good things about AT&T's residential internet service... I guess I better do some more research...
