I found out that your motherboard uses a ddr2 and the best makers are: OCZ, Kingston, Crosair, and Muskin. I'd suggsest that you will take a chip from the brands i just named. As of the Mhz's take the one with the biggest number your computer supports.

as for brands i would say you can not go wrong if you choose kingston or corsair, to me are the best brands. maybe might be another that taken over.. but i had no problems with kingston.. It is always best to go for a good branded memory believe me.. you never get the same performance from cheaper. as say, 'you get what you pay for'
And also you know.. if your cpu speed is fast but your ram speed slow.. it wil drag the rest of computer down.. even monitor can do.. makes me laugh when someone will get a top computer, fast and expensive but use a rubbish monitor with bad refresh rate and wonder why the computer is not going as fast as hoped lool so the speed of the ram is important also, as well as check what your motherboard can manage

the best brand for your pc is the one that you already have installed, as you know that it is compatible with your motherboard. And it is also the best if you are planning to keep your current RAM chipset.

If you have no problem with the prices, you can get a Kingston, which is a very reliable brand. We use this for notebooks, desktops and servers and we have no problems with it. If you are on a tight budget, getting a generic one will do. The important thing is that you make sure that the RAM you are getting is compatible with your motherboard. I am not sure if you gave the exact model of your Intel motherboard. But just in case it is an Intel (D945GCPE) Motherboard, you require a memory or RAM with the following specifications
Memory Type - DDR2 SDRAM
Supported RAM speeds -533 MHz • 667 MHz
In case it is not the correct model, check the users manual and verify the above requirements before getting one. Hope this helps
