I was also doing meditation. It was offered by a guru at University itself every Friday. I attended quite many sessions and they were really very interesting. I will resume when courses will resume. But something frankly, I don't practice at home. I just practice and feel enlightened during the sessions themselves. I remember once the guru was talking about how to control the anger. I will ask the guru more advice to do so when courses will resume in August. Thanks for responding brother.

Yes I confessed about flirting and I felt so calm after confessing. That's why I said that truth always triumphs.

Hi excellence!
I've always been able to control my anger, but in some situations i let how angry i am be known.
For instance if someone hurts my family or my friends, i step in.
But i'm happy to say that my anger has never taken me to a place of regret.

It is said that ' no one can hurt us without our own permission ' . So, do you think is it really important to give a reply when someone tell something wrong about your family or friends ?
If you just ignore them, it will be an answer to that person that you don't have place for hius wrong words in your heart. Well I am trying to reason according to a non-violent basis. I know it's difficult to stay silent when one hurt one's family or friends. But anger management is very important.

Most of the time i could care less what people say, but if someone slanders someone i care about, i tend to defend them.
It all depends on the situation.
What is funny about this is i dont defend myself when people say hurtful things about me i just shrug it off.
But you are right it is always wise to manage your anger.

Not really.I always don't know how to control my emotion, when I am happy,I just laugh;when I am angry,I just shout.I don't think it is wrong to show one real emotion.I don't like the people who are hypocritical.

No I think anger must be controlled. Because anger is a short-lived madness. And it destroys our inner self. Suppose we are angry with someone, but that person is not concerned. By keeping this anger in our heart, we hurt ourselves. I think anger must be controlled. I heard that meditation helps control our anger also.
