Is jogging better in the morning or evening???

I think the morning time is the best...though some people think that it is equally good in the evening but again there is the schedule problem in the evening..???What do you think???

Someone told me that jogging in the morning will make us feel relaxed and younger. And jogging in the evening will help us lose weight. I am not so sure if they're true. But in my case, I jog usually at dawn for me to energized the whole day.

Hello,alcazar! Jogging in the early morning hours is quit good.It will remove your laziness and keep you more active and energetic during the whole day.besides the sun rays at the time of sunrise is beneficial for your body.after jogging take a bath and be fresh and take your breakfast and go out for your work field.the evening hour jogging is not suitable as the atmosphere is not free from dust and if you opt this time for jogging you may be succumbed to dust allergy.thanx.

I like morning because it gives you that extra energy boost to get your day going. Then again evening sometimes is nice because then you come home take a shower and are ready to relax and watch your favorite show. I think both are beneficial it just depends on what kind of schedule you work or your family requires. Whichever is easiest for your schedule is what is really the best.

jogging is good for us. so it is okay if we do it morning or evening. i work at nights so i would be to exhausted in the morning already so i do it whenever i feel like doing it. i am more on biking and brisk walking than jogging. when i jog that means i am at the park running around with my child. so i jog or bike whenever i please it does not matter if is is in the morning or evening
