Well what about it. Im handicap and when i go to the mall or any other places i hate it when people park in the handicap spaces even if they dont have anything wrong with them. like for instance this guy pulled up in a new corvette and parked in a handicap place and not just one he hoged the whole two lanes. and my scion has a handicap sign on the side of it for the ramp i know he saw it because he was behind me as i was parking backwards..to the lot that i was going in. and he just walk right into the mall nothing wrong with him. noone with him he had a dumb blue handicap sign...and nothing was wrong with him.
what you think i should have done?

There's nothing you could have done at the moment. Maybe we should push law enforcement harder to enforce the laws. All handicapped signs say there is a stiff fine involved in misuse of the spot; yet no one ever enforces those fines. One town about 100 miles from here has handicapped citizens who volunteer their time in givin out tickets to those lazy abusers. The stories that come out of the court cases are hilarious. One lady has polio & is on crutches yet she walks the streets all day giving out tickets. That has slowed down the abuse in that town. So you may want to talk to your local politicians to come up with a solution.
NOTE: The stores are not gonna do it cuz they might lose some business. You might even contact managers of stores who allow the abuse & threaten to pull your business also. One night on the local news can bring a lotta support & bad publicity. I know the stores don't want that. Instead of fuming, spend that time thinkin of solutions & do your best to impliment them.

I often see people that seem to have nothing wrong with them park in handicap parking spots. But I can't say there is nothing wrong with them. My brother and sister-in-law both look healthy, yet they are not. If you were to see them park in a handicap spot, you would probably think the same thing about them. My brother has a bad heart condition and has had a massive heart attack and bypass surgery. He also has a bad back (2 operations) and neck problems. She is in a bad shape with cancer for the 3rd time and is hardly able to walk other than a very short distance.
When I see someone with a blue handicap sign in their car,I have to assume they got it from a DR or whomever you get it from. And, that card gives them permission to park in those places. Hopefully, they aren't abusing the privilege and truly are sick enough to warrant the card.

Park your vehicle so that he can not get out and call the cops. The parking ticket for parking illegally in a handicapped parking spot is a lot higher than a normal parking ticket. Jerks like that need to be taught a lesson. Don't worry, he won't back his car into yours - he is too vain.
