i would say AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition .. i know people that use it and love it.. u wiykd paste the url here but i can not sorry, as i need to ahve 500 posts before mylot will let me use the copy and paste grrr.. really stupid.. still got way to go

hehe i messed up little, must of had fingers on wrong keys as its dark in this room as my daughter is over with boyfriend watching dvd and pitch dark hahahaha..

I use Norton Anti-Virus since it is fast ans only works in the background. I hate pop-ups windows especially when there is an upgrade of the anti-virus programs. If they want to upgrade, they should do it without asking us first. It also automatically detects and removes spyware, not only viruses. It blocks worms and spyware, prevents virus-infected emails from spreading, and detects/removes hidden threats. Good luck!

hi pau get AVG 8 virus protection and you will love it,its'free and its also really good,you will not be disappointed in it.

pleased with it its onto a virus the moment one pops up and it deletes it at once. great protection for free.
