Weight lifting and exercise

weight lifting - wieght for working out

i just got into weight lifting and cardio does anybody else work out and have a routine? what are some things u do when working out?

Well, I usually start my routine by running a mile (or any distance that suits you, YMMV). Then, after I'm sufficiently tired, I head over to the weights. I spend some time messing around with dumbbells until my arms get sore. There are times that I replace the dumbbells with weight-lifting machines, and sometimes even with push-ups. That's pretty much a full routine for me. I'm pretty sure if you look around the internet you can find plenty of sources explaining how they exercise. Those people are most likely professionals and know what they're talking about.

i do something like this, almost the same actually i run for about 20 mins then head towards the weights exept i work on a specific muscle eaach day (arms,shoulders,back, etc)
