Widowers tend to get involved in a serious
relationship or remarry much sooner than widows.
Take care not to act quickly. GO SLOW! There's
no rewards for speed.

most of the widowers, will look for another partners for the simple reason convenience in home management , looking after the kids and other reasons.
widows can not , and do not feel such liberties and many would like yo stick to their present family for some special reasons of heritage and some other reasons , and do not seem to be in a hurry.

I agree with that because my friend a widower want to gat married again because he needs companion ,he's very sick.some are lonely to be alone.
