Get Place to Move?

Hello everyone! I have lived in the same located for most of my life, now we are looking at other states to move. I was wondering, in your opinion, what is a great city and state to move to? Not too crowded, affordable, low crime, ect? Thank you all for your help! I very much appreciate it!
