Hi I am working as a Network Admin in IBM. According to me you are a degree holder so you just do MBA because you completed B.com which helps you in growing ahead. Offcourse Hardware networking will also helps you to grow but the thing is you will face difficult interview session's. Better to do MBA that's good for your life.

You can start working for one year. Instead of switching to NETWORK, HARDWARE or any IT, concentrate on MARKETING, LOGISTICS, IMPORT & EXPORT DOCUMENTATION, HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, FINANCE, INVESTMENT, BANKING, INSURANCE, HR etc like that. Well coming to MBA its always suggestible to get some hands on experience in some company so that obviously it will help you very much when you are persuing MBA. Don't go for distance when you have decided to go for MBA.Always suggestible to for 2 years MBA than one year as you might not have any knowledge in the field you have chosen in MBA and squeezing all the knowledge in one year is a up hill task.
