What would make you quit your job?

Well i would quit when i make more than what i make in my office or else how hard might be the work even my boss sit on my head,how hectic might be the work,what ever might be the timings i will never quit my job.I am having friends who left their jobs when they were making quite a good amount in some marketing field but soon they had enough debts which ruined their entire life so when you have called the day look at your options.If i fail in this what's next?Think for an alternative always as today's no business is there where you can take for granted.Cheers MOIN.

Well, to tell you honestly.. I quited like 3-4 jo0bs already. From my point of view, the decision on quitting job is not just because your boss doesnt treat you fairly most of the time, or people from your work always gossip about you, or other coworkers who just dont recognize your effort but instead of your mistake. If you really like your job, the things that i mentioned above will just count as challenges instead of obstacles. See, if you're not happy with what you're currently doing, then thats the time you have to quit and look for something else that would make you happier.
