do animals/pets go to heaven

My grandmom also used to say the same thing.Animals do not go to heaven because they have no soul.

Rest assured that he cannot say for certain, he can only surmise. I mean how do we know that we go to heaven? There is no guarantee, just because we have a soul? It depends on your faith and your beliefs, but who's to say animals can't go to heaven? No one can tell you, if you believe they do then that's good enough because no one can prove to you that you are wrong! Stay firm in your beliefs.

The bible says that the lion will lay down with the lamb so we know that there will be animals in heaven. So why wouldn't God have our pets there for us. I believe that if our pets would make us happy that God will have them in heaven for us.

Well when I was growing up is what my mom and dad use to me. Or would say they went to doggie or kittie heaven. Now that I am older do I believe it? No I don't. But it doesn't mean I am right. We have to believe what we have to believe. Would be nice to have our pets there but i think when we get to heaven we aren't going to remember that we had pets and anything that we left behind on earth. Guess we won't know until we get there eh?

what a mean thing to say to you! of course animal/pets go to heaven! sheesh, can you look into your family pets eyes and undoubtedly say there is no soul in there?! besides that..didnt god create animals..therefore why would he doom them to no afterlife? im not religious in any way, but that just doesnt sound right to me!

I lost my dog, Petey a couple years ago and the only thing that got me through it was knowing in my heart that he's waiting for me when my time here is through. I figure they have souls or spirits therefore they have to go somewhere when they pass on and there's no reason they wouldn't go back to Heaven. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~
