Invest on fund manager

Well my friend recently received an investment plan from his friend. The guy showed my friend some trading proof (note: the guy is in Forex trading), and it is amazing, in one month only has lost in 2 or 3 trading days. Now he ask my friend to invest with him, the proposal is invest with $3,000 to receive monthly profit around $1,500 When my friend ask me, it sound too good to be true for me... but the profit is too tempting isn't it?? Now my question If you have a friend who you knew he is good in trading, will you invest with him??? Is it possible to have such high return in forex trading? according to his friend the profit is not always that high, sometimes lower than $1,000
