walking is the best way to exercise

Since my unforgetable experience of walking for 6 and a half hours in the heavy snow on 4th,March, 2007, i began to love walking. Walking makes people tiring. But if we change the way we look at walking, to be active instead of passive, walking is great fun. When i feel blue, i like to walk and feel relaxed. After work in summer evenings, i walk home (about 6 or 7 miles from office),sweating makes me feel energetic. Last summer, i insisted walking at least 5-busstop far, good news is I lost 5kgs without taking medicines with side effects. Now, i begin my walk again, it is the most economic way of workout anytime as you like.

Walking is the best way to exercise for many people and it is suitable for all different age ranges. I saw a group of old age pensioners out for a country walk the other day. I think younger people can walk quite fast and improve their fitness levels. It is wonderful to take my two dogs out for a walk along the path near my home with view of the fields or along the sand dunes at our local beach. I love to go along a path that has superb coastal views most of all. So my experience of a four day walk in New Zealand along the coastline was one of the best things that I have ever done. I did a more challenging walk after that one and day three was a demanding nine hour walk, mostly along a narrow ridge way.

Bravo ! so great you are, big challange ! you must be very energetic to walk two dogs with you. In my hometown, i can not find such good place to walk along. only the way from office to my home, i walk along the dusty, noisy city streets, you can never imagine the air here is terrible.

Walking IS the best form of exercise there is and is is also the cheapest all you need is a pair of tennis shoes. You can walk outdoors or at a local Y, you can walk on a treadmill or you can walk in place in front of your tv. You can also walk at your own pace slow medium or fast walking is great exercise and your body will love you for it.

Walking is real good for you,its meant to be better than almost anything.
