After graduating from the university, everyone will start to look for a job. Society is totally different with the university. You should depend on yourself and work hard. Therefore, in order to get a promotion or get others' trust, which quality do you think is the most important one in your work?

If you want to get ahead in the real world you have to know how to best promote yourself and your accomplishments because no one else is going to do it for you. Once you have a job you should, of course, be prompt and do your job to the best of your ability, but don't let the rules of polite conversation hold you back when it comes to tooting your own horn about the project you just finsihed or the great things that you did this week. Your boss will not know everything that everyone does. Also, do NOT play office politics...and there are alway a few who want to do sneaky things or who will talk about others. Believe me, they'll be talking about you when you are not there so don't give them anything to talk about.

Thank you for your advice. I think society is complex and if you are too sucessful, there are always someone who will envy you. We should get along well with our colleagues and work hard.
