Cheers to all my friends,.. here and it again me, want to share a bitter experience i had yesterday.
I received a friends request, and as i noticed it.. i just had a look at his profile.. and noted that most of his topics he started and responded are from make extra money segments.. and i thought okay..and approved the friend.
And, within i ten minutes i received a message, i guessed that it must be from this new friend, and i thought that it was something like that " Thanks for the adding me" or something like that".
But God.. when i saw... it was about his list of PTC sites, that he is doing.. and more shocking is that he was so arrogant... all through the message..he in fact just ordering me indirectly to join the ptr and ptc's, through the link.. No tinge of respect, in it..
The next moment... i just deleted that guy from the friends list.. Any such PMs you friends received from anyone here?
Have i acted correctly or i was too harsh on him. Please tell me.
Saivenkat.

LOL.. You want me to tell you if you have acted correctly or if you were harsh on him? Oh gosh, why do you doubt? If somebody annoys you, makes you sad, uncomfortable, or even angry, and you don't want to have anything more to do with this person, just delete him or her. You sure won't go to hell for it.
Cheers and happy mylotting

Hi saivenkaat802003! I think I will feel the same way but would not delete him just yet. haha..I will be thinking about it for days and nights and in the meantime will just turn the notification "OFF". I have deleted some people in my friends' list already since I haven't seen them responding to my discussions nor have they even commented any of my responses. So, I don't think that there will be any hope for a good discussion in his/her end and mine and no chance for a friendship to grow somehow. And i don't think you're too harsh on him because you felt offended with his arrogance and I think that is your prerogative my friend.
Take care and God Bless!

You did the right thing - you should have even reported him. Something similar happened to me a while back. I approved the friend - against my better judgement - and within seconds I got a PM about all the Great Wonderful sites I should sign up for. This person also left a comment on my page - which she is famous for doing to others. I deleted the friend and the comment.

you did right - his "friend request", it seems is only a "petition for approval to spam" haha
even if i don't directly talk to people on my friends list - i like to have them there, so that i'm notified of some great discussions!
sounds like he just needs to put more effort into his traffic exchange sites...

i believe he was arrogant like u've said and u did the right thing. have some people that only think in myLot or sites like this to make some extra money to buy something but i think this is not the right way. this is one community and here is people that wish to keep like this. just a community for friends and discussions.

I have had that happen before. If someone requests me as a friend and then sends me a pm of join this or that site I immediately delete then and I will not join in on their discussions either. As they are just here to try to make money off of others.

I would have deleted him to. I think that is rude. That is like saying I will be your friend if you join my site. some people these days.

well the same thing happened to me yesterday too, but the guy is a bit polite not arrogant as you said. If I were in your shoes I'd also delete him from friend list, because he has no intention whatsoever to be friend. But if the guy is a little bit humble or, he reply/response the our thread, then I'll consider he is just being good and try to earn some extra from reff so no harm done.
