I have visited my doctor for several times, and he told me there actually was no such a medicine as to cure chronic stomach problem completely. The most important and effective way is to keep a healthy and regular diet habit. But the problem is I don't know how.

If you doctor can find nothing wrong, it could be caused by stress, if so it would respond well to meditation every day. I am a therapist and teach people how to handle stress through meditation. If you want to instructions on how to meditate, please message me here and I will be pleased to point you to my webpage that describes how to do it. I don't want to put the URL on here, because I believe it is against myLot rules. :-)

Take n drink Morinda Tahitian Noni Juice 1 oz ( 30ml) in the morning before breakfast and 1 oz ( 30 ml) before you go to sleep. All my friends that had chronic stomachache get well soon after use this high nutrition.

Stomache problems can vary greatly. First of you need to see your doctor. There are various tests that need to be done with any chronic stomache problem. It could be something as simple as acid reflux or a peptic ulcer both which can be helped by medicine. There are many other things that can go wrong with your stomache such as irritable bowel syndrome or hiatel hernias. Without knowing your symptoms it is hard to help you out. I would definitely get to a doctor though because it could be something very serious or something relatively minor. Best of luck with whatever it is.

I know the feeling for I have something the doctor diagnosed me with called gastritis of the stomach which is extremely painful when it act's up. I have had it since 1995 and the dosctor told me to tae a table spoon of mylanta once a day to help with the gas that was builing up in my stomach. This seems to help me and try to stay away from acidy sauces, fried things as much a possible for this will only flare up the problem worse. I do hope you get yours under control for that sounds bad. I wish you the best of luck and may you feel better soon. :)
