hubby with textmates or chatmates

he used to have a textmate-- a co-teacher from his school. they had a two-week affair and it all started because of texting. it almost ruined the relationship we had. i just gave him a second chance though i didnt really like to. i have learned that i was pregnant with our 2nd child and i had no choice. he also told me that it was nothing serious and that he wont do it again. I can see that he was sincere. How many times I have dragged him out of the house and didnt talked for him for days and I hope he has realized the value of his family.

I think it depends on if he had them before you two were together or not. Have you met any of them or spoken to them? I have a problem with my soon to be hubby. He has female friends that are my sons age and he talks to them. I dont mind him talking to then accept for the fact they ask HIM out - not US. I found out just prior to his proposal that these little girls didn't even know my name! I have to ask why. I think I would be totally ok with it if I had met them and got to know them. With out that, then there is an open door which can lead to distrust. He swears they have only been friends. I also question why he needs friends so young. Since he has told them we are engaged, one has only called once asking for directions. He also has an exgirlfriend that will text him in the middle of the night. I have been very angry with this and he said they are now only friends and he's not going to be mean to her just because I don't like it. For me it's a trust issue and the fact these girls show a lack of respect towards me. He is not a mean person - so to him its no big deal because he loves me and only me. So I guess you will have to do like me and step back and ask yourself -"do I trust him?" because sometimes talking about the issue with the hubby just goes in one ear and out the other.

Do you think he is cheating? My husband has email friends all around the world due to his job. I don't see a problum with it hun. Jenn
