Do you wear eyeglasses?

I had the same problem as your girlfriend was always getting headaches and it has been due to needed glasses, although I do have glasses I have also chosen to use contacts which works better for me..

didn't she try it on when she bought the glasses? when i first bought my glasses, i had the same problem but i guess you have to get used to the weight put on your nose. it's either that or get glasses with lighter frames and use the plactic lense. some people prefer contact lens compared to glasses.. but i prefer glasses - less the hassle of cleaning, putting and taking them out.

jersey,Yes I do wear eyeglasses. I have worn them for many years. I wear bifocals. i can not read a thing without them. At first I only needed them to read, but now I must wear them at all times.I too get headaches if I do not wear the glasses, because I must strain to see things. I too felt uncomfortable wearing glasses for a very long time, but after awhile I finally got used to them, I had no choice, if I want to see, I must wear them.I have no problem seeing far off, but can not see close up!!

Of course, when it is necessary particularly to those who are of age whose vision is poor. Usually, when a person reach the age of 40 and above, eyesight abnormalities begins especially when the eyes are prone to stress. So, the best recourse is to have an eyeglass.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 15 years old. The best way to handle this is to get a pair of glasses that looks good on you, that way you are rid of all the bad feelings that come with this. I hated the glasses my parents bought for me a 15, they were awful. The pair I have now, at age 57, is much more trendy and attractive. Don't ask about the years in between.

I don't wear eye glasses and too good for me that I still have 20-20 vision. So I don't need to wear one, as I don't think I would want wearing them either. Eye glasses most of the time makes the person look nerd or older than his/her age. But I don't think it is good for your girl friend if she just stopped using her eye glasses because she doesn't like it. Because her eyesight might become worse when not corrected by glasses. If she doesn't like wearing glasses, maybe she could opt to wear contact lens instead.

My eyes are healthy but I wear glasses. They are actually bifocals but the lens are thin with no line, so they look like single vision glasses. I only really use my glasses for distance, as I am typing right now my glasses are on my head. Anyway there are alot of styles of glasses out there these days and many of them are quite stylish.

Yes, i do wear an eyeglasses. I have since I was twelve. I cannot see far objects. Thats why I have these. But its okay. i am sued it having them. Take care =)
