I would love to take naps everyday. I take naps whenever I can. Someone told me when my son was born to nap when he naps. He stopped napping at 1.5 years and kept on...he is 7 now!

Yes, I take a nap every afternoon when my son is sleeping. I feel more energised when I wake up even though it's just half an hour of rest:)

That would be nice. But now that I work Swing shift, I am usually busy getting ready for work, or at work in the afternoon, so there is no time for me to take a nap anymore at this time of day.
