I talk in my sleep. This happen when I am agitated. It has been a habit since childhood but whenever I talk while sleeping I am always focus afterwards and know what I have said. It happen to me since week and I used some cursed words. When this happen it takes me sometime before I fall back asleep. Some persons talk what they do if it is a guilty conscience and then the person nearby can know his/her secret.

Yes there are persons like those. Can you imagine cheating on your wife/husband and in the middle of the night you start talking/bragging about it into your sleep.I wouldn't want to be there on the receiving end.

My partner says that I sigh and mumble in my sleep. Sometimes I do talk a few times but not often. I've woken myself up by talking once or twice. lol. But talking in one's sleep kinda runs in the family. My mum used to have full conversations with an old college roommate. She even scared off said roommate's boyfriend. lol

I don't know if I talk in my sleep or not for I live by myself and the only one that would hear me would be my cat. If I do I wonder what I say I should jokeingly ak my cat sometime but he useally wakes me up if I am in a bad sleep cause he knows somethings is wrong.

I don't talk at sleep, but my roommate did, and very often. I would always have something funny to tell her about things i heard at night. and we would laugh together so hard! my friend could speak up in english or german at night (although these are not her native languages) or just laugh. It's a pity that i almost never could say what she was talking about exactly. And especially she was very angry, and even could swear at me when i tried to wake her up. And in the morning she wouldn't even remember that.

Hi lillybug,no I don't talk in my sleep. But, my brother does, talking in your sleep can be a funny thing...Go ahead, pose a question while they are talking in their sleep...A sleep talker usually doesn't remember anything that's said during sleep.sleep talker normally speak for no more than 30 seconds per episode. They may whisper or they may shout.Half of kids between the age 3 and 10 years old carry on conversations while sleeping.Sleep talking may run in families too,my mother is also a sleep talker. This is a common occurrence and is not usually considered a medical problem.Have a nice day.cheers...
