The Warped Tour 2008

I have been looking into going to the Warped Tour this year and I have heard rumors that it is going downhill. I haven't gone to it since Blink-182 was still a band and performing there and that was quite the experience. Nothing like 104 degree weather and rocking out to the originals. So I guess what I am asking is if anyone has an opinion on this years turn out and if it worth the $30 plus or minus a few dollars. Thank you!!!
