What was the worst accident that happen to your child?

We all love our children and try to do our best watching them. They will fall and have bumps and bruises and so on. However , we don't want these things to happen to them because we love them so much. Also for babies they take everything and anything in their mouth so we have to watch their every more. We are human too and are not perfect, they will occasionally fall and cry and so forth. what is the worst thing that happen to your baby that was a lesson learned for you?

Here is my daughter's (eldest) story of her worst accident.We live on the first floor,there is this door which we kept closed no matter what because our daughter is still on walker.We were having lunch and i had to get something inside our room,little baby was just around the dining area with the father.My uncle came and opened the door,he was a bit drunk 
and maybe forgot all about our daughter,did not closed same door.Maybe our girl slided towards the door and went down the 12 steps stair.I rushed to the stair and saw her lying on the ground half her legs still in the walker.She got black and blue bruised nose,it happened before Christmas....
.No pointing fingers,i blamed myself,hubby said it's his fault,my uncle said it's his.Happy mylotting!

When he feel out on the stroller.
I regretted in buying the stroller.
Then i realize that it's not the strollers fault.
It's my carelessness that did it.
