Please teach me to do Paid To Promote (PTP) efficiently

I want to earn money through PTP. I spend a lot of time clicking but my efforts are hardly compensated. Now I just know Donkeymails and Clixncash offer paid to promote. I mainly use click exchange sites to promote PTP pages but less than half of the clicks I receive are valid so that I am not earning much. Can anyone help me to improve this situation? Kindly tell me which PTP sites are good and which one do you earn money from. Please also tell me where should I promote the PTP pages. I know many clicks exchange sites do not allow PTP pages to be displayed. Please give me some good sites. I will be happy to be your referrals.
