can you tell me more abot dr. phil?

I was interested in him after I saw him on Oprah too.. some of what he says makes sense, & some needs to be taken with a grain of salt.. :) I have a book by him & liked the advice at the time, but on retrospect I am not so sure.. I think some of what he says may be geared a bit toward Hollywood 'selfish people' & just be what they want to hear (so he could get famous more easily:)), at least in the book I have... Overall, I think he's a good bloke & does have a certain charisma & common sense.. So, as always, keep thinking with your own mind & see if his advice is good for you too! :)
