Do you have a full time job, responsibilities, obligations, and other activities that keep you on your toes all the time? As important as it may be to keep busy and productive, it's just as crucial that you give yourself time to relax.Schedule time for yourself.Do whatever you want to do or do anything that would reward yourself from your hard work.Remember, without a reward, it's easy to get burnt out!

In my everyday activities I spend less time for myself because I am employed 9 hours a day and also travel around 3 to 4 hours. But I spend time for myself during weekends and me and my husband spend time together during vacations. We take some time off from work once every 3 months and then plan for a trip to some hillstation. That is a great recreation for us.

I agree that it may seem that you don't have a lot of time for yourself, but I think it depends on who specifically you are asking.
For example, for a mom of three kids, you wake up, get kids ready, cook breakfast, get yourself ready, go to work for 8-9 hours, come home, get kids, cook dinner, wash clothes, help kids with schoolwork, clean, sleep.
But like, me for instance, I work 5am-12noon and then take one or two college classes in the afternoon. I still schedule time to go to the gym, do some internet surfing, read a book, etc.
You have to plan your time wisely.
I read a study that showed that we have more time now than we ever have! It just seems like we don't because we are always multi-multi-tasking. Schedule your day and you'll see a difference. Even for the mom of three. :)

i'm currently studying in a university and i totally agree with you.. hard work without getting reward makes me easily get burn out.. there are times where i feel lazy to study my lessons because of this.. that's why now, i make sure whenever i achieve or accomplish something in my studies, i treat myself with movies or ice creams or anything that would make me feel happy and relaxed..
