I go shopping every saturday.I buy all my groceries that i need and my baby's nappies, milk, food etc. My favourite shop to go to for groceries is Woolworths. I stay in South Africa.

Yes, I go at least once a week. I usually do not need to do a lot of shopping as I am on a diet so I limit the types of foods that I eat.

I agree it is hard to be on a diet. Too many good foods that we would love to eat. But we can do it. :-)

As long as we had kids at home, we went grocery shopping early every Saturday morning to beat the crowds. Now that it's just the two of us, we only go when we discover there isn't much left to eat in the house.

I do my major grocery shopping once a week. I do seem to still have to go to the grocery store everyday for something that we have run out of.:)
