Now a days, computer learning or subject is already included on school subjects starting in Elementary. This is a great improvement right now from Department of Education because the kid's can learn computer at early stage.
But can you still remember when you started using computer or when did you learn using it? I think I was first use the computer when I was in college since we have computer subject that time. I remember we are using Lotus123 that time. How about you can you recall it when?

I think the first time I ever used a computer was in high school, I took a computer programming class, which I didn't really like or understand, and that was back in the 80's. I think I was a senior, and they had just gotten computers a couple years before that. I don't remember what program we were using, can't remember that far back..lol.

Are you the one opening the PC that time or the PC is already running and you just do some stuff. Just asking because as I was remembered when I first use the computer, I don't know the process from starting up to shut down, I only learn data encoding that time.

Hi friends it was almost 10 years when I got my first computer as my birthday gift. My dad brought it and made it all a surprise. I was truely amazed that day. It was a basic computer no doubt with Windows 95 operating system in it. But it was my first computer and was too young to deal with sophisticated softwares then. So, it perfectly suited my need. Since then a strong passion on it grew on.

I also started to have a coputer subject when I was in college but the sad thing was the university that I'm does not have enough computers for students. You know the state universities here in our country so mostly the computer subject was just full of drawings and imagination of how a computer will work. Though I really don't remember how did I able to learn this thing cause as far as I know I graduated without touching a real keyboard and they work that I get was encoding. Anyway, what's good is now I more in computers.

I first learned to use the computer when I was in high school. My sisters used to bring loads of their work from their office back at home. My sisters used to pay me to help them out compile details on the computer. So I slowly learned then on college I studied associate in computer science too even though I didn't finsh it I learned a fair good deal about it. As I grew older I started getting jobs in call centers and then I learned more from there. Yeah I remember lotus 123 to and there was also the DOS ...those are old computer terms that are not being used anymore. Computers are more modernized now and much more complicated to learn.

Yes. I first learned to partially use the computer when I was in high school. I still did not learn how to turn it off and on and what actually made it work though. I had a computer several years ago but we did not have the internet. I first got the internet in 1999. I bought me a Dell computer. I now use and Emachine because something went wqrong with my Dell. I have always used Windows XP also.

I first started using a computer when I was about eight years old. It had games on it which you loaded on by cassette tape. I also learned how to write some game programs in BASIC - they were just text based programs where you had different options to choose as writing graphics was much more complicated and used to take too long (I don't think I had the patience) but it was quite fun! I had a book with example programs it in which I followed and then learned to adapt.

I bought my first computer about eight years ago. I had never used one before, but I was a traied typist and I had used a word processor, so using the keyboard was not problem. I hadn't used a mouse before but I soon became used to it.
I taught myself everything I know, from the internet and trying things out for myself.
There are still things I don't know how to do but those are things I don't need to know, and if I do need to learn I can find out how with a bit of searching and reading online.

I learned using computer in elementary days. I learned it at home. At that time we still do not have computer subjects. I thinked I learned it through watching my father as he uses it because it's easier for me to learn even if I just stare on it.

I start using computer in 1994. In that time is i'm studying to use a software called Autocad. The first day i use computer it's very funny because the lecturer says "Dont't push any button that he don't ask because the computer will explode." Then my friend says, the lecturer just joke because he also don't know much about computer. While using the computer i feel very interesting because much thing can do faster.
