Why So Many Dreams?

I have dreams once in a blue moon that I remember, but this week, every night I have had dreams that I either remember or I know who was in the dreams. I dreamed about someone asking me what time I get up in the mornings, another one I overslept one morning and when I got to work my supervisor was upset with me because I missed out on my monthly attendance bonus, and another was someone that I haven't talked to in awhile who said they didn't want to talk to me and I ran into them in the dream. I've had many others too, but those are just a few examples. Tonight I find myself totally drained because it just seems like I haven't been able to rest all week because I've been too busy dreaming. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this before?

I am the opposite. When I dream I get the best sleep. When I go long periods of time without remembering my dream I just fell drained and lousy. You should write down your dreams and then take notes on the people in the dream and what they mean to you. Maybe they are trying to tell you something.

Yeah, I was just telling someone today that I thought about doing that. I think it would be a great idea to write them all down. They might mean something later on. Happy MyLotting!

I wonder if it was something you'd been eating or drinking during last week. Do u rem eatin a particular food or beverage? I've heard of ppl like having strange dreams when eating spicey foods. Idk. i do that sometimes myself. Like i won't dream for a long time then i will dream every night for a wk or so.
