Looking for an inexpensive romantic getaway.

My wife and I have been married for six years. We have two kids and while we travel alot with them, the two of us don't get to go many places. Her birthday is New Year's Day and I would like to do scomething. She has always wanted her feet in the ocean on her birthday but that is rather expensive during that time of the year. Give my suggestions or tips for some enjoyable, romantic and inexpensive getaways or trips. thankks in advance.

How about Shenandoah? Find a ski resort or a bb. I bet you could hit the slopes, cc, or tube, and find the winter hot tubs to be a delightful break.

Great suggestion. I love to ski and it would be hilarious to watch my wife ski. I do enjoy BB's and hot tubs, too

WHere do you live KBJunior? I've been all over the US and have some really great ideas, but it depends on how far you want to travel.
