This was a great idea when the movie came out. Anyone ever do this for someone or have someone do it for you?

Hi! Thats a good question really. I think it depends on what you mean by pay it forward and what level of paying forward means. I think I did 'pay it forward' but I havent done something like the kid in the movie did. I did things that helped others but it wasnt that serious. So what I did was to teach my classmates how to solve the standard 3x3 Rubik's Cube.^_^ Kinda silly dont you think but for me that is some kind of paying it forward. I studied how to solve the cube on my own and when I got to solve it with my own pattern and some help on other guides I was able to solve it many many times after that. My friends were fascinated by the cube as well but they dont know how to do it so I taught them what I learned. Good to say that one of them has solved it. She can do it on her own but needs a bit of coaching at times. The other one mastered the first half of the cube but when it comes to the last face, she's a bit lost. Then the last one just gave up on it.tsk3 I dont mind, its their choice to finally learn it or not and its all for fun.^_^

By all means, that is an example of paying it forward. Any act of kindness towards someone else is paying it forward. By one act of kindness, hopefully they do they same and the chain never stops. Well done. By the way, I hate the Rubiks cube:)

Oh! REally? Thanks! Glad to know I did something right.^_^ I hated it too when I was younger. Used to cheat all the time and when I ran out of patience, I would throw it at my cousin who was always showing off that he can do it.LOL! Decided to finally finish it and thats one mystery out of the way.^_^

I used to cheat, too. I would peel off the stickers or take it apart and reassemble. That only worked a few times, though. LOL
