Unknown Dragonfly -- Does anyone know what this is?

dragonfly on a rock - What a beautiful dragonfly this was. Any ideas?

This dragonfly sat perfectly still as you can see from the pic. It was so beautiful but I can not find the type anywhere. Does anyone know?
