How many times you lose your Bowel?

I just dont know how many times is the regular losing of our body's waste. Hope anyone can help me through this and tell me what is the regular bowel movement.

Just drink some Yakult everyday then your bowel will be healthy.I like Yakult very much.

it is good if everyday you have a bowel... it is still normal if you have 2-3 days of lapse in your bowel movement. but if in the 4th, 5th or 1 week that you didn't have pupp. better take laxatives or any stool softeners. or better go to your doctor and ask for prescriptions. to have a regular bowel, drink adequate water, eat fibers and do exercise. that will really help to regularize your bowel movement!

I lose my bowel once a day. That's the regular bowel movement I believe as experts would say. Everyday, we eat several food; thus, it would also be better if we flush the bowel away and make it a regular habit daily.

Based on my expereinced and my family's. Our body pushed out our waste one times in a day, twice is okay. Three times is another story. Hope I answered your question.

I have a regular bowel everyday. But i don't think it isn't normol more than one day unless you feel upset.

Hi! The regular bowel movement is once everyday. But if you missed one day its ok. The amount and how often you loose body waste depends on the amount of your food intake. If you also eat high fibre foods and drink lots of water that will aid in bowel movement. Hope that helps. Ciao!

Don't worry too much about what is "normal". Nothing varies more than the human body. The averages, the definitions of normal that built up in a hundred years when medicine tried to have an authoritative answer for everything often don't apply when considering a single individual. Some people are very regular, some people rarely have a set pattern; may go days with no BM, then have 4 in one day. If you don't go for 4 or 5 days, try a fiber pill or stool softener. Stronger laxatives should be taken when really needed, not just to be "regular" on a 1 to 2 day schedule. When people take laxatives too often, their body forgets how to be regular on its own, needs laxatives more and more. Nervousness and worry can cause irregularity...so don't worry about being regular.
