If you had a happy childhood you are very fortunate and should feel blessed. To those who had an unhappy childhood, the philosophy I like is "You are never too old to have a happy childhood."...

Well I would say that I was contented with my childhood Although it wasn't that happy at least I learned the value of sacrifice and hard work. Well it could have been a little happier if my parents spoiled me even for just the small things but since we were not rich, I know that it shouldn't be like that.

Yes Rosh I agree with you! There is always lots of reason to be happy as long as you live. As for me, yes I can say I had a great childhood memory, my parents also used to tell stories about me and laugh with it. Too long to discuss.. I will always treasure and reminisce my childhood days:) Thanks and happy mylotting!

I feel that I had a happy childhood. At childhood days, though we are not given full freedom to do certain things on our own, we have our own pleasures. I still cherish them. My sister and myself do think about all those naughty things that we do. We have sweet memories. You are right, we are never too old to have a happy childhood. We can still have the same enjoyments. You know, I play with my son. We both run, hop, jump and dance together. I can't remember those days when I was a toddler or a preschooler. But by seeing my son, I can guess how I could have been. So I try to regain those happy moments alongwith my son. I feel that this is the right time for me to have my childhod days back. So I don't miss enjoying with him. My family members are surprised by how we both enjoy. My son is my best friend who helps me to bring back my childhood.

Yes, I do believe that despite the challenges my family went through when I was young, I still has a happy childhood. yes, I do believe I was blessed, I still am. And I will make sure my daughter will have a happy childhood as well. Better than mine.

I think my childhood is very happy, though not born in a wealthy family.I have lots of good fellows in my childhood,we played together carefreely every day.my family lived at the foot of a hill,so childhood life is very colorful,we gathered beautiful flowers in the spring, cought cicadas on the trees in the summer, eat all kinds of wild sweet fruits in the autumn, and made snowmen in the winter. Mother and father treats me well, they told me old stories and myth in the evening which always brought me to another world,I liked them very much.Childhood life has left a deep impression on me.I will always remember that period of time!

yes i do have a simple, very happy childhood.. simple because we're just an ordinary family in a low-middle class, very happy, because i've spent my childhood with my brothers and sisters, with my cousins and other relatives and of course with my parents..

No I didn't have a happy child hood and many that I know didn't ether. So many were sexually abused as well as being verbally abused deserted by one parent or the other and sometimes both. I have often wondered just what is a happy child hood. I often wonder how these people ever grew up to be decent people and are such good parents. so many people use their child hoods as an excuse to break the law abuse their own children and this make me so very angry because just as many abused people are just the opposite.
