Whenever young people or teens do something bad, parents and the media blame the video games for their problems. Do you agree with this or not?

i would say that it could be one of the many, if their parents/adults are not explaining things with them...i mean kids minds are very fertile whatever they perceive in this world they would think that that is the normal thing, not unless, guided by adults..
games are there to entertain but it is more than entertainment to kids if not guided properly..

Hi valeria!
I do not blame video games for the bad things kids do.
I believe that we as parents have a responsibility to teach our kids morals.
When kids commit acts of violence everyone tries to rationalize it, and unfortunatly movies, music, and video games play a role sometimes.
But i personally believe it's the enviroment the kids are expose to, that plays the major role.
There's a breakdown in society, gone are the days of "it takes a village to raise a child" and most kids are left to raise themselves.
This may not be the parents fault, seeing that most parents have to work, but i say take time to instill in your children a moral fiber, this may determine what their future will look like.
