Have Self confidence?

I think self confidence is a very big factor in being successful, just wish I could find mine at the moment, I seem to have mis-placed it.

I do really think self-confidence is of great importance in our life. If you have confidence,you are in the fully belief that you can do things well and the result may be beyond your expectation.Self-confidence plays an indispensable role in a person's life if he wants to reach his goal in the near future. I am deeply convinced that it is the first step to success.

I agree with that statement fully . . . I believe I have self confidence too. It is important to know the difference between self confidence and arrogance (most people tend to mix up the two). Self confidence is believing in yourself and your abilities; that you are good and even best at whatever you do, but arrogance is thinking that you are simply better than others.
