how do u build downline when u joined a ptc site

the best way I've found to build a downline for all the sites I have joined including MyLot, is to find people of interest, and sed my link to those people. I have gotten a few of my friends and relatives to join the sites that I am on, and my husband and I have refered eachother to a number of really good sites.
