Once in a while, we encounter people having 'issues' with other people. Is that what personality conflict means? Have you encountered a similar experience so far? How have you anticipated, avoided, reduced, or resolved a more complex consequence of your experience?
Have a great day friends!

When I managed a computer technology division at a community college I had up to 38 part time technicians working for me and they came in all age groups and from all backgrounds, both foreign and domestic. I had a few incidences of personality as well as cultural conflicts among some of my staff so I learned to watch for the signs and avoid putting two poeple together who would not get along well with each other. Since you can't change someone's personality or their deeply held beliefs, whether you agree or disagree with them, the best thing that I could do from a manager's standpoint was separation.
