Yes, I have written a diary for some years now and I try to do it every day even if i just write trivial things. I can look back and remember how I felt at particular times in my life... things that made me happy, sad, stronger and see how my life has changed and developed and the ways in which i have changed. I think its a good thing to do.

I have a journal I started when my daughter was born. Once in a while I take it out and write about something I want to remember. Haven't done that in a while though. May be time to dig it out.

Hi madhan, I too started a discussion on the same topic a few days ago and while browsing came across your discussion. I too would like to maintain a dairy in which ideally I make daily entries.I am sure that it will help one in many ways including keeping our memory fresh since we can refer to the dairy anytime we want ...

Hello madhan
Yes friend, I write diary regularly since 1958, i was reading in class VIII , my dad told me to write and since than i am writing, all the diary over these years are preserved neatly.
I don't write much, note down my activity, expenses there, what i did, what i will do, i also note down pass words in the last page.
it feels so nice to read them back.
Thanks for sharing
Cheers.
God bless you, have a nice day ahead.
