I try to get a little bit of exercise every day. I work alot of hours online but I try to make time to do some other activities after that. I do not really have the time to actually exercise though. I am usually working around the inside of my house or out in my yard to get some kind of exercise. We go swimming in our pool sometimes also.

i'm so sad that i don't get enough time to do exercise. but i really wanted to so whenever i can, i go with my husband for a morning walk. or if i really have the money, i would want to buy myself a treadmill or a stationary bike.

be always active and do some or the other thing. even half an hour of rigorous exercise is sufficient. but if a walk in the morning, make it at least 45 minutes. GOOD LUCK..

I am very sick. I hae high blood pressure, diabetes, cholostrol. It keeps paining in my knees and back. I et tired only after a hard work of 15 minutes. My job does not allow me to moe much. So my health is getting down. Realising all this I have started excercising for last 1 week. I do it 5 minutes daily only. Today I missed it as I got up late. It just involves movements of body specially my knees and back which usually I dont do in my routine life. I am experiencing a positive effect of it on my body.

I don't devote any time to exercising in a day. I'm a little overweight so I need to exercise but I'm too lazy and bored to exercise. I think I should start of soon though and try to pull down on my weight.
Exercise indeed keeps your body in good shape and makes you feel young and fit and fine too. Its a shame for me I don't exercise being overweight Lolzzz.. ![](/Content/images/emotes/wink.gif)

Hi friend, now i am happy. I spend minimum 2 hours for exercises. Before i was very idle to do exercises at home. So i decided to join gymnasium. All exercises do for 45 minutes. Then after push-up, chin up, dip, dumbbells, presses, front and back, abs....

Unfortunately, not enough but I do try to get some exercise going when I have the chance. There is a great exercise that gets my energy right up there without too much effort.

A few weeks back when I still had an open schedule, off work, I used to do aerobics and a bit of jogging and walking. I exercise between 45 to 60 minutes. Right now, since I'm already working and my work hours is unusual (at night), I just try to walk for around a kilometer a day going to and from the office.
It's a really good exercise. I just take it easy going to work since I don't want to get tired and we haven't even started the day yet.
I just push myself when walking back home towards the public transports. It's fun but it's a bit taxing since I walk around 20-30 minutes a day. Plus, I'm already tired after work. ![](/Content/images/emotes/lol.gif)
