alli the diet pill ?

Hello britz lol, never use any pill for weght loss,i am afraid that may do more harm then good, for keeping weight in control i do yogic breathing exercises as taught by Ramdeb baba of India, it helps a lot.. why not try that? Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Professor

I started Alli 2 weeks ago. I have lost 10 pounds so far and hopefully will continue to lose. The thing with Alli is that when you buy the starter kit you have to read all the little books that come with it. They basically tell you how to eat and what not to eat. Alli teaches you how to consume less fat in a day (which alone will help you lose weight) and it tells you how many calories based on your weight and height you should have per day. I haven't had any of the "Treatment Effects" so far. I even ate 3 slices of pizza yesterday, took the pill before I ate them and still no problems with the bathroom. If you take Alli and continue eating and gorging on fat foods all day then you probably will get bad effects but the good thing is once you buy it and go to the myalli dot com website, they plan meals for you to eat all day or you can just put what you eat n and it will tell you your total calorie and fat intake. I think it's great and it teaches you to eat healthier!
