beware!!! bad ptc site!!!

If anyone here belongs to or is thinking of joining AT-MAILS.COM - don't! I joined about three months ago and had over $750 in earnings. They have a high payout and I upgraded so that I could get payout at $500, and when I reached that amount I requested payout - a notice came up on the site that I had to wait 60 days to receive payment, but two weeks later, the cash-out option appeared and I requested payment via Paypal on July 19. On July 22, my members section of the site reflected that I had been paid $755.24 via Paypal and my name was added to the list of "Been Paid" with that amount on their website. Nothing was ever sent to my Paypal Account and when I attempted to contact them to ask questions through this process, they refused to respond. After not receiving the payment they indicated they sent and them not answering my inquiries, I went on Paypal and filed a claim for the $45 that I paid them to upgrade as they had not fulfilled the terms of the upgrade because they did not pay me my earnings. I got the $45 back but they then suspended my account - I sent a message to ask why and they now claim that I cheated them because I got free advertising and referrals from the upgrade. They did promise 3 referrals with the upgrade, but I didn't ever get them. I did not request the refund until AFTER they failed to uphold their end of the arrangement and pay me my earnings. So, although I am not out any money because I got my $45 back, I am out a lot of time and effort and the $755.24 that I earned on their site that they will not pay me. I also notice that today on their "Been Paid" section, they are claiming to have paid someone $20,000! If you are a member of this site, or you have also had experiences with them, please post here.
